Matthew Lennard operates clubs at Redditch and Droitwich Spa for beginners and experts alike in the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon-Do.

The classes are structured and enjoyed by men, women and children.  Learn to protect yourself effectively, meet new people and become much fitter in the process!

There is no contract fee for joining, so come and try it out with a free trial lesson (just wear some loose-fitting clothes).
